``` Duties: - Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns - Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees - Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance - Operate and maintain various hand tools and equipment - Assist with tree care and pruning - Perform general groundskeeping duties Requirements: - Previous experience in landscape maintenance preferred - Ability to perform physical tasks such as digging and lifting heavy objects - Knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in landscaping - Familiarity with tree care practices and pruning techniques - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Skills: - Maintain landscapes by mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding - Perform various tasks using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners - Assist with tree care including pruning, trimming, and removal - Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees - Provide lawn care services including fertilizing, aerating, and watering - Ensure proper irrigation of plants by installing and maintaining irrigation systems - Perform general groundskeeping duties to keep the outdoor areas clean and presentable Please note that this is a general job description for a Landscape Technician position.
